Erm Not much to say really this is Luffy as I guess everyone knows 
he's tied for my fave character in One Piece along with his brother Ace, I just cannie chose between the two XD. Anyway I drew this AAAAGEEEES ago as you'll be able to see from the date, I didn't like it, but I found it whilst rumaging through my pc today and decided... well I haven't put any One Piece art up and I love it so much, so here it is, sorry it sucks
